Short-Term Disability
This plan is designed to provide you with 60% of your weekly earnings to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,000.00. The monthly cost is paid by Portal Dynamics and all full-time employees are eligible for this benefit.

Long-Term Disability
Portal Dynamics Group Long-term Disability Insurance plan will provide you and your family with the monthly income benefits you may need if you should become disabled and are unable to work. The monthly benefit provided under this plan, after 90 days of continuous disability, is 60% of your salary or $5,000.00, whichever is the lesser amount. The monthly cost is paid by Portal Dynamics and all full-time employees are eligible for this benefit.

Life Insurance
As an employee of Portal Dynamics you are automatically eligible for coverage by a life insurance policy that includes AD&D benefits.

Tuition Reimbursement
Portal Dynamics provides tuition assistance to full-time employees after one full year of employment for work-related courses. Reimbursement of up to 100% of the tuition costs, up to a maximum of $4,000.00 per year, will be made to the employee upon proof of a passing grade.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan on the first day of the month following their date of hire. Company contributions will be made as soon as the employee elects to participate. Employees aged 50 and older may elect to withhold an additional catch-up amount.
Portal Dynamics will match each pay period 50% up
to a maximum of 6% of
the employee’s base pay
(IRS limits apply).
In addition, Portal Dynamics may provide for year-end profit share if the company has realized profits for the year.

Leave Time
Full-time employees are eligible to earn leave at the start of their employment. Leave may be used for vacation, sick, and/or personal time. In the first two years of employment leave is accrued at a rate of 4.62 hours per pay period or 15 days per year. Subsequent years of employment provide an additional day per year to a maximum total of 25 days. Accrued leave may also be cashed in.

Reserve Military Duty
Full-time employees that are required to serve two weeks in active military reserves will be paid for the difference between their total military pay (including allowances) and their base salary.

Direct Deposit
Employees may have their paychecks directly deposited into their bank accounts if they provide written authorization to Portal Dynamics.

These plans allow you to contribute to a Health Care and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account each pay period before federal, state and FICA taxes are deducted. As you incur eligible expenses you will be able to receive tax-free reimbursement.
