PD has been signed on for another three years to support the Marine Corps’ Program Manager, Advanced Amphibious Assault. This effort, in direct support of the Chief Information Officer, will deliver Enterprise Architecture, Workflow Application, Web Server, and Hardware/Software Maintenance and other IT Support Services to the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle Program. On this contract PD is a subcontractor to Technology Service Corporation.

PM Heavy Brigade Combat Team

PM Heavy Brigade Combat Team has awarded Portal Dynamics Option Year 2 of its contract for the PEO-GCS E-Business Portal Asset Management System (AMS). Portal Dynamics will continue to provide all maintenance, enhancement, and support services for this PDA based solution which provides the Abrams, Bradley and Fire Support Programs a complete toolset for accurately capturing field service data for enterprise wide visibility. The solution was implemented in 2005 and supports 1,300+ users, including Field Service Representatives in theatre (OIF, OEF) for three OEMS (GDLS, BAE, and DRS).

Risk Recon Tracks Systems Integration Risks

The Portal Dynamics developed risk management capability, Risk Recon, was presented in an Army PEO Ground Combat System (GCS) briefing during NDIA’s 13th Annual Systems Engineering Conference in San Diego, CA.  Portal Dynamics has created an Army-owned, customizable tool that matches the PEO GCS process. Risk Recon is used to track all Systems Integration risks throughout the acquisition life-cycle.

Depot Total Asset Visibility System (DTAVS)

Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) extended its contract with Portal Dynamics for Depot Total Asset Visibility System (DTAVS) Support Services by exercising the fourth option year.  This option year will begin November 1, 2010 and is currently scheduled to end on October 31, 2011.   Under this contract, Portal Dynamics will continue to provide help desk support; data management services; system instrumentation, augmentation and reporting services; and system administration support for DTAVS.
